Is your Jess and Sam like this???

Hi everyone!!!
I have a question for all of you that have Jess.
Does she have tiny little hairs around her hairline??? Ours does. We didn't notice this until we took her hair out of the braids. It looks really messy like this.
the hairs are like 1/4" to 1/2" just around the wig cap. I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed this on their doll.

Also, the Samantha doll that DD got for Christmas has loose limbs. We compared her to DD's friend's Samantha and hers is the same way. Even the right leg is more loose than the left on both dolls. Since we got Jess and have visiting Kirsten with us we can see a big difference in the tightness of the legs. We really don't want to send her to the hospital, but feel we may have too. I hate to have a doll altered when this is the only flaw that we've found. In fact DD's doll has extra curly hair that a HB member kindly pointed out. Compared to DD's friend's Sam, it is much curlier.

Any input ya'll can give me would be greatly appreciated.

My Jess has a pretty messy wig. It has the short hairs and it wasn't really glued down properly either. It's loose and has a bump in it. I took out the braids and maybe i shouldn't have. My Samantha has loose limbs too.

That's just AG quality control slipping up, I guess.
Last Xmas, I got a Josefina with, get this, a scuffed up eye... straight from the factory. I guess when your so big, it happens... [img]graemlins/thumbs_down.gif[/img]

Our Samantha has really curly hair too. Her hair appears shorter than the Samantha's in the catalog...and I know it has not been cut. We got her in 2004, a friend of my daughter got Sam this year for Christmas and her hair looks longer, but it isn't as curly as our Sam's.
